Description
This composite part is an inducible P22 Int DNA integrase generator which acts on the attB and attP recombination sites. It is composed of the following biobricks: BBa_K200021, BBa_I11030, and BBa_B1006. A terminator was placed downstream of the Int encoding sequence to end transcription after the integrase is produced. Note that to fully repress the pLac promoter, overproduction of the lacI repressor protein is necessary.Notes
