Description

There are some problems with the original coliroid parts that are in the 2010 distribution. We resubmitted this in pSB1C3. This part has EYFP as a reporter system, which should make it easier to characterise it.

Notes

Note that Cph8 needs a bound chromophore (Phycocyanobilin) to be able to respond to light. This is coded for by BBa_K322122.
