Double terminator (B0015) - attC - mRFP

Description

This part is composed of a double terminator (BBa_B0015) followed by an attC site and mRFP (with an RBS). When the IntI integrase is expressed, it can specifically excise a region of DNA flanked by attC sites.

Important note : RBS-mRFP is situated between the SpeI and PstI restriction sites, the excision of this gene permit to restore a normal biobrick suffix.
