Description

This part is composed of a double terminator (BBa_B0015) flanked by attC sites and followed by mRFP (with an RBS). When the IntI integrase is expressed (and if there is a promoter upstream of this part), it can specifically excise the terminator and triggers the expression of mRFP.


Important note : RBS-mRFP is situated between the SpeI and PstI restriction sites, the excision of this gene permit to restore a normal biobrick suffix.
