Description

This part allows the expression of both the Excisionase and the Integrase of the double-stranded HK022 DNA enterobacteriophage of Escherichia coli, member of the lambdoid or lambda-like group of phages.
Expression of these two proteins promotes the excision of the phage DNA by recombining the attR and the attL sites.
After excision, the original attB and attP sites are reformed.

Kept the original RBS and the structural organisation of these two genes (the beginning of Int overlaps with the end of Xis).
