Description
This part is to lead cell lysis. It contains S[holin/anti-holin], R[endolysin] and Rz gene with wt-RBS and double terminator[BBa_B0015].Notes
We took this gene by PCR from λ -Hind Ⅲ digest, which is the product of TaKaRa Bio. However, there is a mutation on S gene and it's not the wild-type. So, after, we done the point mutation PCR and prepared the wild-type DNA.Source
