Description
This is a copy of the terminal M13 bacteriophage minor coat protein pIII placed downstream of B0031, a weak RBS. This translational unit has applications in phage display and appears to use an RBS that is significantly weaker than that used by wild type M13, according to the Voigt Lab Ribosome Binding Site Calculator.Notes
