Sequences BBa_K431008_sequence (Version 1)

Description

According to research done on this part it has been determined that when comparing glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase promoter (pGAP) with translational elongation factor promoter (pTEF), pTEF has similar or even greater expression levels of recombinant protein. It was also determined that pTEF does not require an inducer and it can be used in the mass production of heterologuous proteins.

Notes

In order to determine the appropriate assembly standard that the part can be used with it was necessary to check the sequence for each of the restriction enzymes.
