Description
pYD is a 5.0kb expression vector designed for expression, secretion, and display of proteins on the extracellular surface of S.cerevisivae cells. Features of this vector allow regulated expression, secretion and detection of expressed proteins.
Notes
In our project, to make our mutation of Tor2 easier, we separate complete Tor2 into three parts and mutate them independently. So we reconstruct pYD vector to add certain restriction sites for linking mutant Tor2 and original Tor2
Source
AGA2, GAL1, TRP5 and CEN come from S.cerevisivae. Amppicillin resistance gene and the pUC origin for selection and replication come from E.coli
