Description

This device produces red colonies. A sprinkling of colonies start showing up red to the naked eye around 12-16 hours after transformation, and the majority turn red 24-48 hours after.

Notes

The RBS, RFP, and Terminator were removed all together from the backbone of BBa_J61002. It was removed with cuts from SpeI and PstI. The promoter was Bba_I14033.
