Description

An expression vector of the TetR gene using the constitutive promoter, I14033. It can be used to repress the pTet promoter. However, this repression can be inhibited by the addition of tetracycline or its analog, aTc.

Notes

Using the composite part P0440 which contains B0034, C0040, B0010, and B0012 (RBS+TetR+double Terminator)this vector is a simple insertion of P0440 into the backbone of I14033.
