This construct is used for testing the promoter activity in the barcode region of the cI Lambda biobrick, (BBa_C0051). The first 110 bases have been truncated in order to rule out the possibility that leaky expression of the protein was affecting the transcription of the downstream RFP (BBa_E1010).Notes
