    Description

    Contains a rather weak RBS in front of a codon modified variant of LacI. This reduces the likelihood of recombination with wild type LacI when used in multi plasmid systems.

    Notes

    The RBS was chosen to match the one in [Basu et al, 2005] in order to create a working band pass filter. Minimal RBS length was chosen to be 40 bp in accordance with [Salis et al, 2009].
