    This part consists of an ADH4 homologous arm and TRP1 selection marker, so it can be used in the recombination in the left arm of the Chromosome Ⅶ in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

    Notes

    In order to improve the success rate of recombination, the homologous arm is 60bp.
