Description

This part reverses the positive Input of the pBad Promoter induced by Arabinose to a negative output of the lacZalpha Reporter, by the translational inhibitory action of the small RNA RyhB to uof translationally fused to lacZalpha.

Notes

Fusion of the small RNA directly to promotor to ensure exact +1 site and length. Translational fusion of uof to lacZalpha. These had to be done by fusionPCRs
