it is a standard biobrick part, which encode one type of cytochrome involved in hydrocarbon catabolism, espicially for the medium-chain-length hydrocarbone acording to our study. branched chain or aromatic hydrocarbon need to be study study for further.

Notes

in the fusion for with FDR and FDX, it located between these two gene, the same as in genome, only this, it can have the highest potential for its function. It has two enzyme point in the sequence (if you want to get it from bacterie), so site mutation is needed. the primer we design are as follows.
