Description
This a fusion protein containing TraR in its entirety fused to the N terminal fragment of GFP. This is for use with a GFP complementation
Notes
TraR was cloned into existing sites in the pET11a-link-NGFP plasmid (Xho1 and BamH1). Because it was a translational fusion, care had to be taken to ensure the protein was in frame.
Source
TraR came from a plasmid (pCF222)provided by Dr. Clay Fuqua at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. The NGFP fragment came from a plasmid (pET11a-link-NGFP) provided by Dr. Lynne Regan at Yale University.
