    Description

    PhaB is one of the genes that codes for the biodegradable bioplastic PHA (polyhydroxylakanoate). PHA is also used as a carbon storage system in 250 known bacteria. PhaB in particular is a NADPH-dependent acetoacetyl-CoA reductase.

    Notes

    This is supposed to be a silver fusion compatible sequence. With no stop codon and a scar between the zif23-GCN4 and the PhaB sequence.
