Description

This part is used to kill an E. coli cell when turned on. The holin operates to lyse the cell if the cell is not maintained at 42 degrees Celsius or if tetracycline interacts with the repressor. The reporter CFP, glows if these conditions are met, marking the cell for death.

Notes

This composite is meant to operate with a ROSE 1 composite.
