Description
As an application of our comparator we have designed a promoter calibrator that, in this case, compares pOmpR and pOmpRm, that is, the strenghts of the regular pOmpR to a mutated version of it.Again, these constructions (BBa_I730010 and BBa_I730014) are not planned to be assembled on the same plasmid, as they would come from the modular design of the comparator device.
Notes
Not really meant to be assembled. Both parts could better be on different plasmids with different resistance genes.Source
