"Off" Antiswitch and target EYFP in the same plasmid

Description
This is an "Off" antiswitch placed into the same plasmid as the target EYFP. Both have the same promoter. This will help to ensure a close ratio of Antiswitch to EYFP mRNA. This part was designed based on Smolke and Bayer (2005) antiswitch S8.Source
