Description
This device contains four sub-parts which will be produced in E.coli. These parts are E.coli promoter BBa_I0500, constant region of ADAM17 antibody which would be linked with cleavage site that is recognized by the ADAM17 proteolytic function knows as ???sheddase". Once cleaved, the phoratoxin which is linked to the other end of the cleavage site would be released and will lyse the cell membrane. This will be tested in the yeast cell in presence of another part BBa_J120026.Notes
