    Description

    In the presence of phosphorylated ompR the proteins CI and TetR will be coexpressed from a single mRNA. These two proteins repress the HSL and PAI amplifiers I15030 and J13030.

    When using Cph1/EnvZ (I15010) as the OmpR regulator, these repressors will be expressed in the dark.
