    Polycistronic LacI and ECFP proteins with degradation tags regulated by luxpR promoter (expression up-regulated by LuxR/HSL complex) ligated to I5610 (Elowitz Repressilator). Used as a part in a quorum sensing stabilized repressilator system. Allows to select for both bricks with ampicillin.
