Description

This is an expression cassette for Tet resistence. The pBADrev promoter is between two HixC sites, allowing for Hin recombinase to flip the pBADrev promoter. This can turn on and off Tet resistence.

Notes

The pBADrev is able to be flipped by the Hin recombinase.
