Description

Construct for use in detecting the activity of Hin recombinase system. pBAD promoter is flanked by HixC recombination sites and may be flipped from the right to the left orientation. Tet resistance gene with upsteam RBS are also flanked by HixC sites and may be flipped from forward to reverse orientation.
