Description
Many signalling cellular processes occur using a phosphorylation mechanism. In order to assemble a transmembranal pathway, that frees a phosphore, with a genetic network within the cell, we can use this promoter (R0083). That promoter is regulated positively (activated) by the transcription factor OmpR-P, and it contains only one operator in its sequence, whereas in the natural promoter (R0082) there are three. We put a well known protein downstream: GFP (E0040) with a RBS (B0034) and a Terminator (B0015). This composite part will be very useful to characterize many cellular biosensors, jointly with the part J58102.

To make this composite part we assemby two parts from the Registry (a promoter (R0083) and a generator (I13504)).
