Description
This part needs a strong promoter inserted to drive its expression. It could then be transfered into another plasmid by restriction with EcoRI and PstI. We intend to electroporate it into a corn plant endophyte Klebsiella pneumonii 342, and inject this into GFP Arabidopsis for testing of the bacteria's ability to silence plant genes using RNAi plasmids.
