Description
This part consists of sfGFP with a translation enhancing 5'-UTR under the control of the T7 promoter and arsenic operator. In combination with the E. coli arsenic repressor arsR, this part can be used as an arsenic biosensor.Notes
This part was created by inserting the T7 promoter BBa_I719005 upstream of BBa_J33201 via 3A assembly. Subsequently, Gibson assembly was performed to replace arsR by sfGFP and introduce the UTR. The followoing primers and templates were used:Fragment 1:
