Description
This plasmid backbone is the same as BBa_K245004 except that the restriction sites AgeI and XmaI are exchanged (which results in NgoMIV and XmaI restriction sites in prefix AgeI and BspEI in suffix). This detail enables extension of part cloned into vector with SG on C-terminal or/and PG on N-terminal.Notes
ccdB was multiplied from BB-NIC-II-HisN (BBa_K245004) by PCR using primers which contained restriction sites in different combinations than those found in BB-NIC-II-HisN next to ccdB. Fragment was then ligated in BB-NIC-II-HisN cut with NgoMIV and SpeI.Source
