Description

The spectral output of the bacterial luciferase from X. luminescens is known to shift towards blue wavelengths in presence of lumazine protein (lumP). This part is made of both these biobricks.

Notes

LuxAB uses decanal as a substrate. This can either be added to the medium, or can be synthesised by providing lucCDE (BBa_K322312).
