Sequences BBa_K322150_sequence (Version 1)

Description

Bacterial luciferase from X. luminescens (luxAB) with Lumazine protein which shifts its spectrum towards blue. Note that LuxAB uses decanal as a substrate, this needs to be added or synthesised by the bacteria (Decanal production is coded for by BBa_K322312).

Notes

Decanal must be added or synthesised by LuxCDE (see Ba_K322312).
Note that this part also contains a LacZ fragment between the promoter and luxAB.
