Description
This MammoBlock composite device produces the juxtacrine signaling Notch-Gal4-ESN receptor using the strong constitutive CMV promoter. This device is critical for cell patterning experiments employing the Notch-Delta system and is generally useful for the interrogation or engineering of multicellular phenomena that rely upon cell-cell contact.Notes
In order to adhere to the recombination-based MammoBlock standard, and because shipping Biosafety Level 2 mammalian expression vectors to the Registry of Standard Biological Parts is not currently possible, we are providing the sequence resulting from Gateway recombination of the constituent MammoBlock parts here without redistributing the physical DNA plasmids to the Registry.
