Description
it's a Toggle Switch. Two repressors inhibits the other. the TetR side express the GFP too.We have pTet promoter that regulate LacI gene, follow by two terminators and finally pLac promoter regulate TetR and GFP genes.
TetR repress the pTet promoter and be inhibited by (anhydro-)tetracycline.
LacI repress the pLac promoter and be inhibited by IPTG (or Lactose)
