    pYMB indicates pUC19 with ori+Pmsp1+rep. In this construct, YN-13-R and YC-CHAMP are ligated in the downstream of ori+Pmsp1+rep, aimed at serving as optogenetic wireless neurostimulator with OFF state (no BRET between EYFP and rLuc) as default mode. BiFC between YN and YC is anticipated in the default state as well.
