Description
[J23106,P0412]is a LacI generator, which represses lac promotor and can be induced by IPTG.aTc concentration gradient results in different GFP levels in cells when presented TetR generator, which can be monitored plate reader Synergy HT.
This device was mistaken for aTc inducible sRNA device originally due to some ligation mistake,but we actually found this one is perfect to express full level GFP without induction, so we can exclude the native tetR noise while expressing lacI (some kind of load to cells) in data processing.
When assembly the corresponding part together(Plac-GFP generator ligated to lacI generator),the double input platform will work efficiently.
