pCS2+ with HSP70 promoter and sfGFP reporter

Description

pCS2+ is from the part K812000, the promoter was changed by HSP70 and J04450 by sfGFP (K812031) which contain the kozak sequence. The plasmid is ready to use in fertilized frog's egg. The expression of sfGFP occur after an induction by heat shock (for example from 24??C to 34??C).

Notes

The promoter CMV from the part K812000 was changed by HSP70 with restriction sites SalI and HindIII. The reporter is sfGFP from K812031, it was integrate using Biobrik prefix EcoRI and suffix PstI present in our pCS2+ (Biobricked)K812000.
