    Description

    This composite part is the combination of cyanide insensitive genes to confer to the bacteria cyanide resistance, and our cyanide biosensor model with the inducible promoter and the Red Fluorescent Protein reporter gene.

    We are working very hard with this construct for further characterization.

    The cyanide inducible promoter come from Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes and the other genes are well characterized biobribricks from the registry.
