Description

This part has been refactored so that the re-engineering of genes within the part are made easier. We used the methods outlined by researches that refactored the T7 genome,which required inserting 'buffer regions' in between genes that were overlapping or embedded in each other.

Notes

We had to consider the fact that basepairs within the regions that encoded for genes could not be altered too much since we want to maintain functionality of M13 after refactoring this segment of its genome
