Bicistronic construct allowing linked expression of eCPX-nSA-cNano, a cell surface display protein containing two streptavidin binding domains, and mNeonGreen, a bright green fluorescent protein. A spacer separates the two genes. Both genes are preceded by a strong RBS.Notes
