Description
This part is used for purification of superfolder GFP (for source and other information about this new GFP variant see its part description: I746916) via its 6-his tag. It is driven by a T7 promoter. We used E.coli BL21 (DE3) for expression of this part: addition of 1mM IPTG leads to expression of the T7 DNA polymerase which in turn drives expression of the tagged superfolder GFP.Notes
