Description

E.coli can express CheZ protein showing the chemotaxis of E.coli. When we change different kind of RBS or Promoter in the circuit, we can characterize the efficiency of RBS and Promoter, since the expression strength of CheZ is positively associated with the efficiency of RBS and Promoter.

Notes

1.the RBS and Promoter is too short to link with other gene part.
