Primers were designed to have the start and stop codon so that they will not be mutated during PCR.Source
Wild type LDP was obtained from a Pseudomonas Strain and random mutagenesis was carried out by PCR to make lots of Mutant LDP. PCR fragments carrying the mutants were then ligated with pLac, RBS and transcription terminator to make a complete expression construct.| Access | Instance | Definition |
