Description

The device is designed to replicate stably and express robustly of the TAT-apoptin. Among the subparts, BBa_K1932000 is added to up-regulate the expression of exogenous protein in Bifidobacterium with the presence of a strong promoter. BBa_K1932001 is constructed into the device to increase the stability of the device in Bifidobacterium. BBa_K1932004 encodes TAT-apoptin, which acts as the effector protein to kill the cancer cells.

Notes

(1)The restriction enzyme cutting sites were identified.
(2)The order of the parts was confirmed.
