Description

By adding a T7 RNA polymerase(T7RNAP) coding region before terminator, T7RNAP can be produced and further activate pT7, resulting in an increased expression of GFP. This part can be used to achieve positive feedback effect, leading to the over expression of a target protein(GFP in this case).

Notes

By comparing fluorescence intensity of this part and BBa_K2150018(pT7+pTet+RBS+GFP+DT), the positive feedback effect of T7RNAP-pT7 system can be measured. This part is for logic verification.
