Description

In this part, the first promoter pTet is constitutively on, producing T7 RNA polymerase(T7RNAP). T7RNAP can turn on the T7 promoter, thus producing GFP in large quantity.

Notes

This part is used to test the positive feedback effect of T7RNAP and pT7.
