Description

This uses basic part BBa_M1107 to make a composite part for the dioxygenation of pyrene. This is one of the initial enzymes used in a known pathway to degrade high molecular weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons

Notes

The amino acid sequence was used to back-translate to an E. coli compatible codon table usage.
