Notes

We wanted to characterize the Lac promoter repression by different levels of LacI protein. Thus, we cloned the BBa_S0100 part under the control of three promoters from the Berkley costitutive promoter librarywith different transcriptional strenght: BBa_J23114, BBa_J23105and BBa_J23118. As a reporter, the GFP protein (BBA_I763020) was cloned downstream of the Lac promoter (BBa_J04500).
