Description

This part uses a pBAD promoter (BBa_I0500), weak RBS (BBa_B0032), chiB protein coding sequence (BBa_K1913001) and a double terminator (BBa_B0015). When induced with arabinose, it will produce chiB. A weak promoter was chosen to prevent formation of inclusion bodies during expression.
