    Description

    This is a cell surface display device that exposes mgfp-5 (a mussel foot adhesion protein) to the extracellular environment via fusion to the putative autotransporter {cl02365 AtD}. When expressed in the correct environment mgfp-5 should form an underwater stable bio-glue. This device will enable engineered E.coli to bind to surfaces.
